Corn Ribs only need about 20 minutes in the oven and are ready once the kernels are charred and crunchy. If you want to go a little further, garnish the seasoned corn ribs with a sprinkling of fresh herbs, such as parsley or cilantro, and lemon juice or lime juice before serving.
